I submitted a service request on their website, and Jeremiah had called me and arrived at my house within two hours, before I was even home yet. I let him in before I got back, and he'd called me with the diagnosis, fix, and very reasonable pricing right away. In addition to the fix, he also gave me advice on how to budget and shop for new doors a few years down the line, with much more competitive pricing than what I'd seen from other companies. This was my second time using JS Garage Door, and it won't be the last. These guys are awesome!
